1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Rules

ak33 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts without notice. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited, and the primary account may also be reviewed depending on the circumstances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ak33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Deposits are credited to your ak33 balance instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or if your account is undergoing verification.
• ak33 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside ak33's control.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support to update your withdrawal method with appropriate verification.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ak33 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated clearly when the bonus is offered. You must meet the wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including by creating additional accounts — will result in the bonus being voided.

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

• All games on ak33 use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by the game provider's RNG and are not influenced by ak33 or any player.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform. This includes bots, automated betting scripts, and any form of collusion in multiplayer games.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned to the player's balance. ak33 is not liable for any losses resulting from a technical fault that is outside its control.

10. Limitation of Liability
